Cop Baiting is the act of creating a scenario where you pull an officer(s) into a situation with the intent to grief or negatively impact the RP of said officer(s).

It may also be considered Cop Baiting to purposely commit a crime over and over in front of an officer with the sole intent to get their attention with the intention to grief the officer.
