L	Lock vehicle
Tab	Open / Close Inventory
F6	Open Job Menu
F1	Open phone
E	Open many different menus
Alt [HOLD]	Activates third eye
Left Alt + N	Talk over radio
B	[While in Vehicle] Toggle Seatbelt

There are plenty of other keybinds in the server, but these are just a few that could be helpful.
